Graduation Procedures

  • The status of students who have successfully completed the courses they are required to take and the Summer Internship application, and who have completed the credits required for graduation according to the valid regulations, will be discussed in the Graduation Commission and the School Board to make a graduation decision.
  • Students who have received a graduation decision will apply to the Student Affairs office with their Student ID Cards. Students who have lost their Student ID Cards are required to bring a "Lost Identity Document" from the Police Station.
  • Students applying for graduation procedures must take the "Separation Document" they will receive from the Student Affairs Office to the relevant places for signature.
  • Students who submit the "Separation Document" to the Student Affairs Office will be given a "Temporary Graduation Document" if their Diplomas are not ready.
  • Students who receive a "Temporary Graduation Document" are required to bring the original of this document when they come to collect their Diplomas.
  • The delivery of the Diploma or Temporary Graduation Document to the student themselves or to their representative, provided that it has been issued to the student or by a Notary, is mandatory.
  • In order to carry out the transaction by proxy, the student must have their "Student ID Card" and a photocopy of the representative's Identity Card.
